Eligibility
- Undergraduate students (BTech/BE/BArch/MSc) in a relevant discipline from any Indian institute are eligible.
- CGPA must be greater than 7.5 for students of IITs/IISc, greater than 8.0 for NITs/IISERs/NISERs/IIEST/UM-DAECBS, and greater than 8.5 for other institutes.

The Indian Academy of Sciences, Bengaluru, Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi, and The National Academy of Sciences, Prayagraj jointly conducts IAS SRFP which provides 2 months of fellowships to students and faculties to research under scientists associated with the three academies.
