- Hi! Could you please tell us a bit about yourself?
My name is Holly Liposky and I am currently a researcher at the Maryland Psychotherapy and Clinical Research Lab(MPCRL). I am pursuing research in the field of Psychology which is my passion. So yeah that is a brief intro about myself.

The application and interview both took less than 30 minutes to complete.

I found out about the clinic by researching psychology labs on campus. They recruit new research assistants each semester.
- Why do you think you stood out from the rest of the applicants?
I think I was selected because I was professional and had prior work and class experience that gave me skills that were applicable to the lab.
- Can you share your experience in this program?
Through MPCRL, I’ve been able to start an honors thesis. It’s a study on advice in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Through the experience, I’ve learned a lot about the field I want to enter and I think it’s really prepared me for graduate school.
